悩みのない人は少ないと思います。

結婚するとさらに悩みは増えますよね。
嫁姑問題、お金、仕事そして子供ができると育児の悩み、友達関係、成績、、、悩みはつきません。
誰もが悩んだことがあると思います。
少しでもストレスを解消することが必要です！
みなさんはどのようにストレスを発散していますか？
以前韓国ドラマで心をデトックスするというブログを書きましたが、今回は私の趣味でもある「DIY」でストレスを発散していることを書いてみます。
小さいときから工作とか絵を描いたりするのが好きで今でも時々部屋の模様替えをするときは自分で棚を作ったり、三段ボックスを使っておもちゃの収納場所を作ったりしています。
それがキレイにできるとすごく気持ちが良くて、作っている間は悩んでいたことも忘れてしまっているので、私にはものすごくいい気分転換なのです。
ホームセンターにぶらっと行って木材を見ていると「こんなものを作ってみたいなぁ」と考えながら買い物したり、100均(ダイソーやセリアなど)も大好きで、用事もないけれど行って部屋の模様替えに使えそうなものを買ったりするのが楽しいんです。
ダンナさんには「無駄遣いして！」って怒られますが、「このストレスは誰のせいだよ！」と腹の中で思いながら(笑)
ストレスを溜めることは体にも美容にもよくないですよね！
ストレスを発散しないとお肌にも影響が出てきます。
ストレスが原因で肌の老化を早めてしまうとか…ストレスって怖い！
主婦はなかなか自分の時間を作るのも難しいと思います。
自分のことより子供のこと、ダンナさんのこと、姑のこと。
自分の楽しみを作ることも大切ですよね！
何か楽しみを見つけてストレスを溜めないように、ママさんたち頑張りましょう！！
