アイスが大好きなLALAですが、毎日市販のアイスを食べているとどうしても罪悪感が…笑
そこでちょっと話題にもなっている「ナイスクリーム」をつくってみることに！
ナイスクリームとはダイエット中でも食べられる自家製のヘルシーアイスのことで、海外で広まって最近は日本でつくる人が増えてきたのだとか。
基本は凍ったバナナを使ってつくるので、余計な砂糖などを使わずヘルシー！
なのに濃厚な味わいでアイスクリームの代用としておやつにぴったりなのです。
材料はこれだけ↓
・凍ったバナナ
・ピーナッツバター(はちみつなどでもOK!)
・豆乳(牛乳でもOK!むしろなくてもOK!)
・ピーナッツバター(はちみつなどでもOK!)

これらをミキサーで撹拌するだけで完成というなんとも簡単な作り方で、お菓子づくりが苦手な方でも失敗なく作れます♪
最近ミキサーを購入したので、さっそく活躍して嬉しい！

アイリスオーヤマ ハンドブレンダー 1台4役＞＞
LALA流の適当な作り方ですが、載せておきますね！
まずミキサー(フードプロセッサー)に凍ったバナナ100ｇ位、ピーナッツバター大さじ1、豆乳30～50cc位(適当)を入れます。
ピーナッツバターはコクを出すためなのかな？たまたま家にあったから入れましたが、はちみつなどでもいいみたい♪
で、ミキサーをON!
滑らかになるまで撹拌させます。
はい完成～♪
実際本当にアイスクリームのようなお味です。
私はバナナが大好きなので、美味しいバナナアイスが食べられて嬉しい！！
ほとんどバナナだけなので、砂糖たっぷりのアイスクリームよりナイスクリームのが断然ダイエットにもオススメ！
むしろ私はあえてこのナイスクリームを食べたいくらい気に入りました。
バナナは美容効果も高いので、さらに嬉しいですね！
ギルトフリースイーツとして、これからも頻繁につくろっと♪
