少し前にニュースで「サラダチキン」が人気になっていると言っていました。
最近ではコンビニやスーパーなどいろんなところで販売していますよね。
ダイエットをしている人にもオススメだとか。
テレビでは、そのままかじっている女子高生の映像が(笑)
サラダチキンは鶏肉でもむね肉を使っているのでタンパク質が豊富！
美容にはタンパク質が必要って知っていましたか？
タンパク質不足になると肌トラブルが起こりやすいとか。
昔は肉を食べると太るよ！なんて言われていたのでダイエットには肉を食べないようにしていましたが、最近ではタンパク質豊富なお肉(赤身やむね肉などの脂身が少ないお肉)を食べるのがいいと言いますよね。
調べてみたところ、タンパク質は健康な肌に必要不可欠な栄養で、タンパク質不足になると肌が乾燥したりハリやツヤが損なわれる・・・などなど。
これを知ったからには食事にタンパク質を取り入れないと！！！
だからサラダチキンは美容にもダイエットにも向いているんですね。
開ければすぐに食べられるし、いろいろなアレンジも出来そうで、値段も１つ200円からと手頃で一度買って食べてみました。
・・・想像していたのと少し違う。
サラダチキンにもいろいろな味がついたものがありましたが、プレーンを買ってみました。
味はあっさりしていたのですが、少し甘く食べていると私には飽きてしまう味でこれを続けるとは難しい感じでした。(個人の意見ですが)
と思い、自分で作ってみることに。
むね肉なら値段も安く、お肉の日なんかには大きいパックで5枚くらい入っても500円ほどで買えるのでそんな時にまとめ買い！
クックパッドで検索してみると手作りサラダチキンもたくさん載っていたので参考にしながら作ってみました。
私の違和感に感じた甘味を加えずに料理酒と少しの塩のみで。
一枚づつ袋に入れて味付けをした状態で残りは冷凍。
食べる分ずつ作るようにします。
初めての出来にしては自己評価ですが美味しくできました♪
塩味なのであまり飽きがなく食べられます！
これなら子供たちのご飯にも使えそう！
チャーハンやオムライスの中に刻んで使ったり、小さくむしって春巻の具材入れてみたり。
私はそのままサラダと一緒に。
手作りサラダチキンで美容効果を期待してみたいです！
