自分で言うのも恥ずかしいことですが、結構好き嫌いは激しい方で食べられないものが多いんです。(汗)
TVなどでダイエットの特集をしているのを見ていると「トマトを食べてダイエット」や「アボカドでダイエット」などがありますが、食べられない…
チャレンジしてみようと思うけど無理でした。
そんな中、これなら私でも出来る！と思ったのが「アーモンド」。
アーモンドはダイエットだけではなく、美容や健康にも良いとされ栄養価が高い食材と言われているんです！
アーモンドは以前から食べていたのに知らなかった…
アーモンドなら続けられそうと思い、さっそくアーモンドを買いに行くことに！
意外とどこにでも売っていてすぐに見つけられました。
ダイエットに向いているアーモンドは素焼きのアーモンド。
味がついているものはおいしいですが、そこは我慢です！
大袋で600円程度で少し高めですがキレイになるためならと奮発しました。
後の買い物で100均ショップに行くと小袋ですがそこにも素焼きのアーモンドが売っていました。
安い…多目に買ってビンに保存してます。
素焼きだからあんまり美味しくないだろうなぁと思いながら食べてみると…
意外や意外！美味しい！アーモンドの甘みがあって食べやすかったです。
これなら続けられそう！
アーモンドの効果的な取り方を調べて一日15粒までに抑え、お腹が空いたときや朝食にコーヒーに添えてなどアーモンドを摂っています。
飽きてきたときにちょっとアレンジしてみました！
甘くないブラックのチョコレートを溶かしその中にアーモンドを砕いて混ぜパッドなどに流し冷やし固めます。
固まったら一口サイズにに切っていつでも食べられるように冷蔵庫に保存。
小腹が空いたときなどに食べてます。
チョコレートも美容にいいとされているので一石二鳥になるかな。
子供たちに見つかったら食べられてしまうのでこっそり食べてます(笑)
家族に隠れてキレイを目指し頑張ってます！
